Graduated as Psychologist, and Master Degree in Mental Health. 

I offer  face-to-face sessions in Vejle and online sessions if you are anywhere in Denmark, in English and Portuguese.

 

Psychotherapy

It is a collaborative process, in which client and therapist work together to resolve the target issues.

As a therapist, I will help you to understand yourself and your history, and how you became who you are today. You will learn to understand your thoughts, your emotions, and how they influence the way you act in your life.

 

Psychotherapy can help you to understand your problems from the cognitive, emotional and behavioural perspectives, and to find better solutions for you to be happier and more satisfied with your life.
